Le Touquet Paris Plage Tourist Office is the head Opale&CO tourist office outlet for the entire Opal Coast.
These tourist offices carry out their mission of welcoming and informing tourists, while the Agency takes care of the back-office tasks. Our ratings procedure is part of a forward-thinking approach to harmonise quality standards between all tourist office outlets within the Agency’s scope. The aim is to spread equivalent skills and expertise among all tourist office staff.

In our region, the seaside tourist offices of Berck sur Mer, Camiers-Sainte Cécile and Etaples sur Mer, have each retained their own specific identity for the purpose of their classification as listed resorts. Nevertheless, these tourist offices work in close cooperation with Opale&CO.

In line with our quality strategy, we undertake to keep the promises made through our Category 1 rating.

  • To provide tourist maps, brochures and guides in printed format.
  • To allow you access to a dedicated trilingual website that can also be consulted on mobile devices.
  • To also distribute in printed form tourist information, translated into at least two foreign languages, relating to:
    – all rated holiday accommodation with each establishment’s name, postal address, email address, web address, telephone number and rating;
    – tourist attractions and cultural, natural or recreational sites with the possible inclusion of admission rates, opening times, websites, telephone numbers and postal addresses;
    – events and entertainment;
    – emergency telephone numbers.
  • Update tourist information on an annual basis.
  • Display emergency telephone numbers outside our premises
  • Present the entire range of solutions within our geographical scope and for all customer categories.
  • Allow you to consult availability of rated accommodation.
  • Handle your claims and gauge your level of satisfaction.
  • Propose a tourist information service incorporating new information and communication technologies (social media, smartphones, geolocation, etc.).
  • Comply with the NF Service Tourist Office certification requirements and Standard NF X50-730 (03/07/2009).
  • Place a holiday advisor at your disposal.
  • Guarantee that information provided on local tourist attractions, services and facilities is both reliable and up to date.
