Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing mindfulness, relaxing and learning to listen to yourself. It requires being aware while walking and using the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and full presence. No previous experience is required.
During each session several learning experiences are planned to discover and experiment this practice. A different theme is addressed each week such as mindfulness on thoughts, emotions, sounds, letting go, etc.
The meditative walks take place on the beach of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage and last about 1 hour. The exact time and place may change depending on the weather.
