How to shop Tax-Free?
1. SHOP at a store offering tax-free shopping. Spend a minimum of €100.01 and get your tax-free form when paying
2. VALIDATE your tax-free forms at the designated self-service electronic kiosks located in the Customs area of your departure point (Calais Terminal or ferry terminals)
3. GET YOUR REFUND. Secure your refund by presenting your credit card when making a purchase. You’ll be paid automatically on your card once you’ve validated your tax-free forms.
