With his diverse experience gained worldwide, Jean Daniel Vandewalle represents the 4th generation to lead this firm established in 1905. Alongside traditional pastry-making, he also comes up with his own personal creations. The quality of our ingredients and a desire to make people happy are reflected in our range of confectionery, chocolate and pastries. Our ‘Doigt de Jean Bart’ cakes (Jean Bart Fingers), the emblem of our firm, are an absolute must! Open daily from 1st May to 30th September. Closed on Mondays from 1st October to 30th April.
