Toques and flavours Published the 11 January 2021 Everyone loves pasta, but with king prawns it tastes even better! We’ve sampled this dish ourselves. Trust us, it’s divine! This recipe from the Matisse should be tried without delay. In fact, the restaurant reopened in March 2020 with an updated menu and a brand new concept.IngredientsServes 1:3-4 whole “Black Tiger” king prawns 100 g of peeled shrimps 200 g of linguini 2 garlic cloves Fresh chopped parsley Basil Salt and pepper 5 cl of Pastis MethodIn a very hot griddle or frying pan, sear the king prawns on both sides in a drizzle of olive oil, until golden brown. Be careful not to burn them. Add the peeled shrimps. Add the chopped parsley and garlic. Flambé with the Pastis. Add diced fresh tomatoes or a tin of crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped basil. Cook the linguini until al dente. Mix the pasta with the other ingredients and simmer for 2 mn on a low heat.Enjoy!
